Shipping & Rates
For your convenience, Computer Connections offers a wide variety of shipping options designed to fit your personal needs. UPS Ground, Three Day, Second Day, and Priority Overnight. Rates are based on shipping method, and weight of product. Shipping rates are automatically calculated by the online order engine and are displayed on the "View Basket" screen after choosing the shipping method, and clicking on the "Recalculate" button at the bottom of the page.
Return Merchandise Policy (RMA)
Every effort is made to ensure that you have the right product for your special needs. However, from time to time, you may need to return a product for one of several reasons. The following outlines our policy.
- All returns MUST obtain an RMA number from Computer Connections prior to shipping back products.
- No products accepted back without an RMA number.
- No returns after thirty (30) days.
- 25% restocking charge on all non-defective merchandise returned.
- No shipping charges refunded!
Defective Merchandise
Call our sales staff immediately (541) 830-5800 if you suspect that a product may be defective. If after a consultation, it is determined that you need to return the product, you will be issued an RMA number.
All authorized returns must be returned to our office within five (5) business days from the day the RMA number is issued.
The terms and conditions of manufacturers' warranties will supersede all other terms and conditions. Please check the terms and conditions of the warranty when placing an order.
Please note: Defective memory modules may be returned for replacements only. No cash or credit refunds.
Non-Defective Merchandise
In the unlikely event, that you need to return a non-defective product, please call our RMA department as soon as possible upon receipt of the merchandise. Returns cannot be accepted after thirty (30) days of receipt of products.
We regret that we cannot accept merchandise back into inventory without an RMA number.
Shipping charges will not be refunded!
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all non-defective returns.
Manufacturers' Warranties
The products that Computer Connections, Inc., sells come with a manufacturers' warranty unless specifically excluded. Warranty periods and services vary and may be limited in scope. and your salesperson will be glad to assist you in determining the warranty terms and conditions for your order. Manufacturers' warranties do not apply to damage caused by misuse, failure to maintain the unit properly, abuse, accident, alteration, acts of God or nature, or any freight and insurance losses. Computer Connections, Inc., will not be liable for direct or indirect or consequential damages and/or losses resulting from the use of, or inability to use, its products whether verbal or written notice is given.
Payment Options
In order to better serve all of our valuable customers, Computer Connections offers a number of payment options for merchandise. COD is always available at a small surcharge of $15. Company checks upon approval from our accounting department are welcomed as are money orders and cashiers' checks. And credit cards are also welcome including MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card. You may provide your credit card information via telephone or on-line knowing that your sensitive information is securely encrypted using the latest SSL technology provided by VISA and other corporations.

Closed Saturdays and Sundays Website 24 hours online ordering; however, orders are processed only Monday through Friday. Please note the following regarding your online website order: Our shipping department is closed on Saturdays and Sundays; therefore, overnight orders cannot be shipped over the weekend. Overnight deliveries can be made (IF THE PRODUCT IS IN STOCK) Monday through Thursday. Shipments on Friday are possible if you request Saturday delivery at an additional cost. Please check your website order carefully as a 25% restocking charge may apply to a non-defective product return. If you are not completely sure of the part that you are ordering, PLEASE CALL OUR TOLL-FREE number during regular business hours for help. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
